For 3 pieces (1 set) it's approx 20k rough gemstones. To give you some idea, 27 Brilliants are approximately 6.5k rough gemstones. A standard 9 CD Push ring consumes 27 Brilliants. It's tiring, boring mind numbing and consumes fking lot of gemstones. Jewellery crafting is the most hard aspect of the game. Also push set for BH or Mage may not be good enough for Warrior.
